Jaguar, landrover to be expanded in india!!!

Tata Motors on Tuesday said it would expand the footprint of Jaguar and Land Rover in India within a span of one year.

Rajiv Dubey, President (passenger car business), TML, told reporters at the launch of the Indica Vista here that the two premium European car brands definitely have a market in India. He said that TML, which acquired the brands from Ford Motor Company earlier this year, would introduce the models in India through a separate distribution network.

Dubey said that in the current fiscal, the company would face severe challenges due to rise in input costs which had put pressure on margins. Talking about Indica Vista, Dubey said that the new model would increase the sales of Indica which had seen a decline unlike other models of TML.
In the last 10 years, about one million Indicas had been sold by TML.
